ABOUT MY CASE STUDY

The Classic Comfort case study focuses on designing a furniture-based digital application that delivers a seamless, comfortable, and trustworthy user experience. The project follows a structured design thinking process, beginning with empathize, where qualitative research was conducted to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points related to furniture discovery and purchasing. Insights from user interviews and observations helped identify challenges such as decision fatigue, lack of product clarity, and difficulty visualizing furniture in real spaces. In the define phase, these findings were synthesized through empathy mapping, clearly outlining user goals, frustrations, and expectations. Moving into ideation, multiple solutions were explored to improve navigation, product comparison, and comfort-driven decision-making. Low-fidelity wireframes were created to establish a clear information hierarchy and intuitive user flow, which were later refined into high-fidelity screens with a classic yet modern visual language. The final solution delivers a user-centric application that balances aesthetics, usability, and comfort, aligning with the brand values of Classic Comfort.
